  • NAD⁺ (Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) 100mg
DescriptionHEPTRA NOVA is a comprehensive, FDA-approved oral therapy designed to support liver health and metabolic balance. It combines the synergistic actions of Resmetirom, TUDCA, and NAD⁺ to target liver disorders such as Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease (NAFLD), Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis(NASH), and liver fibrosis.
  • Resmetirom is a selective thyroid hormone receptor-beta agonist known to reduce liver fat and improve lipid metabolism.
  • TUDCA is a cytoprotective bile acid that supports hepatocellular detoxification, reduces inflammation, and promotes liver cell regeneration.
  • NAD⁺ enhances mitochondrial function, energy metabolism, and cellular repair, especially in hepatic tissues.

HEPTRA NOVA may contribute to lowering liver enzyme levels, reducing hepatic fat accumulation, improving insulin sensitivity, and slowing the progression of liver scarring and fibrosis.
AdministrationOral administration. Take with water after meals, unless otherwise directed by a physician.
StorageStore in a cool, dry place at room temperature (below 25°C). Protect from heat, light, and moisture. Do not refrigerate or freeze.
DosageRecommended dosage: 1 capsule twice daily (morning and evening), or as prescribed by a healthcare provider. Duration of therapy should be determined based on liver function tests and clinical evaluation. Periodic monitoring of liver enzymes and lipid profile is advised.

  • Hepatic Monitoring: Routine liver function tests (ALT, AST, GGT, ALP)are recommended during prolonged use.
  • Metabolic Conditions: Monitor lipid profile, blood sugar levels, and signs of insulin resistance in patients with metabolic syndrome or diabetes.
Adverse Drug ReactionsGenerally well tolerated. Rare side effects may include:
  • Mild gastrointestinal discomfort (bloating, nausea)
  • Headache or fatigue
  • Mild increase in thyroid markers in some cases. Seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.
